Neurodivergent Peer Coach

The more we find & nurture our humanity in an inhumane world, the more we realize we are not what this society has taught us; there is nothing inferior about being different.

1-on-1 Coaching

I'm Tiana: Neurodivergent Peer Coach & emotional support human who values self-compassion, communal & familial bonds, and radical acceptance, while helping society grow toward equity and symbiosis via social justice, anti-bigotry, & decolonization.

Living with ADHD, BPD, & CPTSD, I continue to apply and practice different modalities—including DBT, ACT, and decolonization— in my own wellness journey, since 2019. I've managed to not just survive with traits that used to debilitate me but I've learned to flip some into small strengths. I no longer regret the brain I've got and I now perceive experiences in ways that allow me to navigate life more like a chess game than a rat race. I'm still neurodivergent & life is still very overwhelming at times. But thanks to my care team & practices over time, I've learned to genuinely love myself & create a fulfilling, sustainable life based on my authentic self. My livelihood & passion is to support you in the same journey.

I team up with clients in a mutual pact to face & resolve long-standing challenges & grow through it together; side by side. Peer coaching is very different from therapy. We are equal partners. My ideal client is someone with similar neurodivergent traits to myself who already has or has had a good therapist and is now building a phenomenal care team to help supplement treatment. I get you because we experience similar challenges but also similar solutions.

These are the most prominent life-and-relationship-saving areas I tend to focus on:

1. Abstaining &/or Mitigating Addictive Behaviors

2. Burnout Prevention & Recovery Coaching

3. Cluster B Abuse Recovery Coaching (NPD, BPD, etc)

4. Customizing Neurodivergent-Friendly Systems for Life

5. Decolonization (Inner & Communal)

6. De-shaming & Self-Compassion

7. Emotion Regulation

8. Emotional Impermanence Management

9. Executive Dysfunction Management

10. Gentle Re-Parenting Practice

11. Identity Disturbance Management

12. Interpersonal Relationship Coaching

13. Mindfulness Practice (Neurodivergent Version)

14. Rage Management

15. Radical Acceptance

16. Religious Deconstruction

17. Personal Re-Wilding

18. Time Agnosia Management ("time blindness")

19. Unlearning Internalized Bigotry

I look forward to being part of your care team & witnessing all your breakthroughs:

Everyone needs a care team & it would be my privilege to see you thru all your milestones. Before booking, please be informed, â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹I'm not available to support with:

1. Anything imminently dangerous or that requires crisis intervention. Here's where you can find free resources for crisis management: https://www.bodydoublebesties.com/resources Please get yourself safe first.

2. Currently ongoing abusive relationships. If you're still in the situation, I encourage you to please find a trusted case worker &/or qualified medical professional for help & please prioritize your safety.

3. Autistic-exclusive challenges. But please feel free to reach out. I know autistic coaches who may be a good fit for you.

4. Anything that requires a licensed clinical or medical professional (diagnosing, prescribing, assessments, trauma therapy). Peer coaching doesn't cover that stuff, but I'm here for support, tools, holding compassionate space, affirmation, perspective, and gentle guidance.
